Rental Requirements

  • Who can drive the vehicle?

You are the only person who is able to drive the vehicle

  • Can I drive the vehicle out of state?

Yes, but $100 out of state fee per day will apply. As an authorized driver you are required to let us know how long and where you are traveling to.

  • Method of payments?

Credit or Debit card that matches the renters name only.

Application & Car Pick Up

  • How much is my deposit?

Due upon pick up your deposit of $249 will be due. The deposit will be refunded up to the 30 days of your return date if applicable.

  • What is included in my first payment?

Security deposit ($249), first week rate of the vehicle, insurance, and any subscriptions you opted into.

  • Can I use the vehicle on other Gig platforms?

Yes, you are provided an insurance card and a copy of the registration to take to other platforms.

Maintenance & Services

  • What do I do for maintenance?

It is your responsibility to maintain the vehicle and let us know when routine maintenance is due. Oil changes are mandatory every 3,000 - 5,000 miles. Tire rotation is due every 10,000 miles.

  • What is my vehicle needs to be towed?

Give us a call at 414-308-9897 to set up a tow. Keys must stay with the vehicle while towing.

  • What should I do if I get into an accident?

If you ever get into an accident, call 911 immediately and make sure everyone is ok. Then, take pictures of damage, road signs and screenshots of the active ride if you are in a gig app. Exchange information with all people involved. Give us a call to report the accident after everything has happened and stop into the office. You should pay the deductible if applicable (payment must be collected to receive another vehicle) and await a decision of renewal approval or denial.

Returns & Policys

  • When is my bill due?

Your billing due date will be the same day of the week that you picked up the vehicle. Billing is automatically withdrawn from your method of payment on file. Failure to make on time payments will result in $12 late payments per day.

  • Tickets?

You are responsible for all tickets, summons or citations by any Local, State or Federal Government agency while the vehicle is under contract with you. If a ticket or citation is sent to the office, you will be responsible for the full amount in addition to a $10 administrative fee.

  • Is smoking or drinking allowed in the vehicle?

No, if the vehicle is not clean there will be a cleaning fee up to $75. If the vehicle smells like smoke, there will be a $250 smoking fee.

  • Is there a fee for lost keys?

Key replacement is $300.

  • How do I return my vehicle?

Returns must be scheduled with the office 7 days prior to the return date. If the return is not scheduled, you will be subject to a $50 Unscheduled Return Fee. Any personal belongings left in the vehicle after return will be deemed disposable.

  • What is CDW?

CDW stands for Collision Damage Waiver. CDW must be active.
